BattleZone is a skill-based esports tournament platform for competitive BGMI gameplay. It is not gambling, betting, or a game of chance. Every outcome depends entirely on a player's in-game skill, strategy, and performance.

1. Nature of the Platform

All tournaments are competitive skill-based contests, not games of chance.
Winnings and rankings are determined solely by in-game performance (kills, placement, survival).
No random draws, lotteries, or chance-based outcomes are used to decide results.

2. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in their state/country, to register and participate.
One account per player. Fake profiles, multiple accounts, or impersonation will lead to disqualification.
Participation is void where prohibited by local law.

3. Registration & Payments

Entry fees (where applicable) are tournament participation fees, not wagers or bets.
Payment confirmation is verified manually via WhatsApp before slot allocation.
Entry fees are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed, except in case of tournament cancellation by BattleZone.

4. Fair Play

Use of hacks, emulators (where disallowed), teaming with rivals, or any unfair practice is strictly prohibited.
Violation results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of entry fee/prize.
Admin decisions on match disputes and rule violations are final.

5. Prizes

Prize distribution is based strictly on the declared tournament results and leaderboard standings.
Prizes are credited/paid out after result verification, within the timeframe communicated by the admin team.

6. Conduct

Respectful behavior is required in chat and community spaces. Abuse, harassment, or hate speech is not tolerated.
BattleZone reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts violating these terms.

7. Changes

BattleZone may update tournament rules, formats, or these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the latest terms.
